Hawee P&T organizes a seminar on the HVAC system and the application of Hawee electrical cabinets in the system

Continuing a series of training activities to improve knowledge and skills for Hawee Group employees, the seminar continues the mission of enriching the Group with high quality human resources to implement difficult and complex projects.
On November 27, 2020, Hawee Training Center successfully held a seminar with the topic: “HVAC system and application of Hawee switchboard in the system”. The seminar was led by lecturer Mai Hoai Nam – Technical Team Leader (Technical Department) in a very exciting atmosphere with the participation of the Board of Directors and engineers at the headquarters of Hawee Production and Trading Joint Stock Company (Hawee P&T).
Speaking at the program, Mr. Duong Xuan De – CEO of Hawee Group emphasized: “Hawee always puts 5 levels of value in the project: “Function – Safety – Reliability – Comfort – Luxury” is the top evaluation criteria, in which the level “Function – Safety – Trust” is indispensable. Accordingly, each Hawee product is not only a simple product but also a comprehensive solution for customers. Therefore, each Hawee employee needs to constantly improve their knowledge and skills in one hand to ensure complying with customers’ requirements, in the other hand become experts to advise customers on the best solution”.
At the seminar, the sales and technical departments of Hawee P&T and Hawee M&E discussed issues related to HVAC systems: From valuable experience from experts at European-American countries to practice in Vietnam. Under the guidance of CEO Duong Xuan De and lecturer Mai Hoai Nam, the conference’s atmosphere was really exciting when almost attendees confidently shared their opinions.
Technology Training Program is part of a series of regular training activities of Hawee Group. Through these training programs, the Board of Directors hopes that each Hawee member would become an internal lecturer who is able to inspire knowledge and passion to his colleagues in order to create products that are better than customers’ desires.
